Welcome to **St Margaret’s Scout Group** — a friendly, welcoming Scout Group where young people can have fun, make friends, try new things and develop **skills for life**.
We believe Scouting is about giving every young person the opportunity to discover what they are capable of. Whether that's learning a new skill, taking on a challenge, heading outdoors, earning a badge or simply making new friends, there's always another adventure waiting.

More than just Scouting
For us, Scouting isn't simply about what happens during a weekly meeting.
It's about watching young people grow in confidence, become more independent, learn to work as part of a team and discover things they never thought they could do.
It's about the first camp away from home, the first time leading a team, the first badge earned and the friendships that can last for years.

Behind every adventure is a team of dedicated volunteers who give their time to make Scouting happen.
You don't need to have been a Scout before, and you certainly don't need to know everything about camping, knots or outdoor survival!
We welcome adults who want to make a difference, learn new skills, meet people and help give young people opportunities they might not otherwise have.
